Patient Notice

Please join us in welcoming Sue Walker to the team at Prospect House. She will be starting with the practice on Wednesday 7th June. Sue is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, which means that she is a registered nurse, with advanced clinical skills allowing her to see patients with acute or short term illnesses.

Because of this, as of 20th June 2017, when you call the surgery you will be asked by a member of the reception team for a brief idea of the problem that you are calling regarding. This is so that our receptionists can ensure that they put you in the correct appointment with an appropriate clinician.

Thank you for your patience whilst we implement this new service.

Welcome to The Practice Prospect House

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Take the Friends & Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.

Access & Parking

There is disabled access at the practice and some parking is available.

Online Services

If you would like to start booking your appointments, ordering your repeat prescriptions or access your own Electronic Medical Record (EMR) on-line, please enquire about registering for this service at our reception desk. You would need to bring in photo ID when you first register, such as passport or photo driving licence AND a utility bill showing proof of your name and address. Our reception staff will then provide you with a password to gain access to your repeat prescription on-line. If you have already register to use our online services choose from the links below:
