Patient NoticePlease join us in welcoming Sue Walker to the team at Prospect House. She will be starting with the practice on Wednesday 7th June. Sue is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, which means that she is a registered nurse, with advanced clinical skills allowing her to see patients with acute or short term illnesses.
Because of this, as of 20th June 2017, when you call the surgery you will be asked by a member of the reception team for a brief idea of the problem that you are calling regarding. This is so that our receptionists can ensure that they put you in the correct appointment with an appropriate clinician.
Thank you for your patience whilst we implement this new service.

Named Accountable GP
A named accountable GP takes responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services and ensures they are delivered where required (based on the named GP's clinical judgement) to each of their patients.
Dr Ahmad Moukli, our clinical lead, will be the named accountable GP for all Prospect House patients.
Dr Ahmad Moukli will take lead responsibility for the co-ordination of all services required under the contract and will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
You do not need to take any action, but if you have any questions, or wish to discuss this further with us, please contact the surgery on 01494 862 325.
